Hue and Cry Everybody: New Album Preview & SEO YouTube Strategy (2026) (2026)

Get ready to experience the electrifying return of Hue And Cry! The legendary duo, Pat and Greg Kane, are set to drop their brand-new studio album, Everybody, this May. And if the first taste is anything to go by, we're in for a treat! The lead single, 'Stronger,' is an absolute pulsing electro anthem that's already got us hooked.

This is Hue And Cry's first collection of new material since 2017's 'Pocketful Of Stones,' and it's clear they've been drawing deep from their roots for inspiration. Greg shared that Pat was keen to craft an electronic record, channeling the spirit of iconic albums like David Bowie's 'Low,' alongside influences such as Simple Minds, Japan, and The Human League.

But here's where it gets interesting... The brothers spent a considerable two years diving into both cutting-edge and classic technology before enlisting the talents of Yoad Nevo (known for his work with Pet Shop Boys and Duran Duran) to help polish the sound. Pat revealed, "We're still pushing for something new in 2026... From a wall of arpeggiators and synths, humming and pulsing away, we've wrested out 10 songs that have as much of our mind, body and soul in them as any of our previous music." This dedication to sonic exploration is truly commendable!

The 10-track album will be available on CD and vibrant orange vinyl. For the ultimate fan experience, there's also a limited-edition collector's box. This treasure trove includes a signed 'Everybody' CD, a signed 140g purple and grey marble-effect LP, a Blu-ray featuring Dolby Atmos mixes, a 7” single with two exclusive tracks, a 15-track live album 'Live At Kelvingrove' recorded in Glasgow in 2025, and a collection of exclusive goodies like a slip mat, button badge, sticker, and certificate. Talk about a comprehensive package!

And this is the part most people miss... The limited-edition ultimate collector's box is exclusively available through the official Hue And Cry shop. Mark your calendars, as Everybody is officially released on 29 May 2026, via Blairhill Records.

To celebrate, Pat and Greg will be hitting the road for a tour in October. Pat enthusiastically stated, "It's always the most exciting thing to be playing live with the full Hue And Cry band – we can give all the hits and audience favourites – the full widescreen treatment. Come and see us, looking as sharp as you like, and let's elegantly party together."
